Gas Drilling Storage Facility Put On Hold

Elmira, N.Y. - A proposed storage facility project for natural gas drilling equipment in Chemung County, has been not yet been approved.  Southport Planning Board members say conditions on the proposed project must be met before they can approve a site plan application.Last year, Dan Hurley, of Bradley Farms, proposed a plan for a natural gas pipeline construction company to store its vehicles and equipment.  The staging location would be at 1543 Maple Avenue, in Elmira......
